Belle is a big part of her new god daughter, Sara’s daughter, Heidi Cunningham. After a mysterious man offers the four girls a ‘job’ in helping him find a man who is after people hunting powers, they are quickly hired by the private investigation agency with the help of Samuel Sterns. Something she hardly, if ever does. The two quickly become engaged. Belle trusts Vince and therefore her power doesn’t work in showing her what Vince’s true motives for being with her really are. The return of Charlie Cunningham to New York does little to effect her feelings for Vince, due to Vince’s mind control powers. But Belle is most interested in a masked man that seems to always pop up and save the day when her, Sara, or any other person for that matter seems to need him. He’s written about all over the papers by Jonathan Parker, and Belle can’t help but be intrigued by this man. However, dating the Mayor of New York City requires one’s feelings not to stray and for certain appearances to be kept. Her life is exactly how she imagined it would be at 24. Her own apartment in New York City, a devilishly handsome fiance, and a prosperous PR agency.
